水平管降膜蒸發(fā)器是一種新型蒸發(fā)器,其傳熱效率高、制冷劑充注量少、設(shè)備體積小、回油性能好,應(yīng)用于制冷
調(diào)系統(tǒng)具有較大的前景。然而其流動(dòng)和換熱極為復(fù)雜,本文首先對(duì)管外制冷劑流態(tài)進(jìn)行分析,建立了液膜流動(dòng)模型,然后對(duì)
換熱關(guān)聯(lián)式進(jìn)行選取,建立蒸發(fā)器的換熱模型。本文最后提出了未來(lái)研究的重點(diǎn),并提出了一些降膜蒸發(fā)器的思路。

ANALYSIS ON EVAPORATION MECHANISM OF FALLING FILM
HORIZONTAL TUBE ECAPORATOR

Abstract   Falling film horizontal tube evaporator is a new tape evaporator and it has a great prospect for its high heat
transfer efficiency, small refrigerant usage, small size of unit and good for oil return. This evaporator also has complex
flow and heat transfer, this paper firstly analyzed the refrigerant flow state and established the film flow model, then the
heat transfer model was established by choosing the heat transfer correlation. This paper also introduced the focus of
future research and some ideal to falling film horizontal tube evaporator.
