      一種新型低溫送風(fēng)口的設(shè)計(jì)與其實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

          摘 要:為設(shè)計(jì)出了一種新型低溫送風(fēng)口――旋流式低溫送風(fēng)口的樣品,并制定了一套詳細(xì)的試驗(yàn)方案,按照低溫送風(fēng)要求搭建了旋流式低溫送風(fēng)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái),對(duì)旋流式低溫送風(fēng)口樣品進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明:該旋流式低溫送風(fēng)口能以24 Pa的全壓、20 Pa的管內(nèi)靜壓取得數(shù)值為1.03的誘導(dǎo)比,誘導(dǎo)效果好、阻力小、能耗低;被測(cè)試房間平面方向上z*大溫差為0.7℃,高度方向上的z*大溫差0.4℃,溫度分布十分均勻,風(fēng)速范圍為0.05m/s~0.19m/s,平均風(fēng)速為0.99m/s,速度分布均勻,空氣分布特性指標(biāo)(ADPI)為100%,氣流組織令人滿意;該旋流式低溫送風(fēng)口的噪聲很小,在距地1250mm測(cè)點(diǎn)處的噪聲為53.5dB,僅比本底噪聲高3dB;該風(fēng)口混合出風(fēng)的相對(duì)濕度降低了10%左右,在低溫送風(fēng)狀態(tài)下表面不會(huì)結(jié)露。測(cè)試結(jié)果為該低溫送風(fēng)口在空調(diào)工程中的應(yīng)用可行性提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)。

      Design and experimental research on a novel cold air diffuser

      Abstract A novel cold air diffuser-swirling cold air diffuser was designed, and the experiment of the swirling cold air diffuser was conducted. The result shows that, with a total-pressure of 24Pa and a static-pressure of 20Pa, the induction ratio of the swirling cold air diffuser was 1.03 with low-resistance and low energy consumption. The maximum temperature difference in the tested room was 0.7℃ at the plane surface and 0.4℃ at the vertical surface. The range of wind velocity was 0.05~0.19 m/s and the mean wind velocity was 0.99 m/s. The air distribution performance index (ADPI) was 100%. In addition, the noise of the swirling cold air diffuser was 53.5 dB at the height of 1250 mm, 3dB more than the local noise. The relative humidity of the air from the diffuser decreased by 10% and the surface of the diffuser had no condensate in the cold air conditioner. 8Refs. In Chinese.
